- Launch Site: The New Harbour in Hermanus.
- Departure Times: Daily departures at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 3:00 pm (additional departures may be available). Check-in is strictly 30 minutes before departure.
- Duration: Tours typically last between 1.5 and 3 hours, with an average duration of 2 hours, depending on the travel time to the whales.

- Sighting Guarantee: If no whales or dolphins are sighted, you are offered a 50% refund or the chance to join the next available tour for free.
- Payment Terms: Booking is secured upon payment via secure online channels or cash.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Large Groups (10+ guests): Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure; 100% fee for cancellations within 7 days.
- Groups Less Than 10 Guests: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure; 100% fee for cancellations within 24 hours.
